Your intake form isn't working for me, what do I do?

This is often caused by too much data retained in your website browser so you need to clear your cache.

What is "cache" and why do I need to clear it?

When you visit a website your computer will save some of it in a folder so that when you visit that website again it won't need to download everything all over again. This makes the website load faster and saves data.  Usually the caching process works flawlessly and you won't even notice except that your favorite websites load more quickly.

However, sometimes forms don't work properly due to what is already in your cache. You need to clear the cache so the form will work properly and you won't lose the information you already entered, which can be extremely frustrating!
