Whether you are a buyer or a seller, you get to choose your own closing company. Although your realtor or lender may have recommended a title company to you, we encourage you to work with someone you already know and trust. Many of our clients appreciate the convenience of keeping all of their legal and title needs under one roof. We offer closing services in our Rochester, Lake City, Winona, and St. Charles offices and will work with you through the entire process to ensure a successful transaction.
