Margaret M. Cook

Margaret received her Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in 2015. During law school, Margaret received the Deans Award in the Elder Law Practice Group Clinic and served as the Elder Law Society president. Margaret received her Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Strategic Communication and Gerontology from Miami University in 2012. Margaret is passionate about serving the needs of clients facing long-term care issues and thoughtfully guides them through Medical Assistance and other elder law issues.
Margaret is active in civic and professional organizations, including: Southeastern Minnesota Area Agency on Aging Board of Directors (April 2019-Present), Goodhue County Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors (December 2020-Present), Women Attorneys of Rochester (Co-Chair), and Legal Assistance of Olmsted County Volunteer Attorney Program.
