Adam Hudoba represents Southeastern Minnesotan businesses and families at Wagner Oehler, Ltd.’s Rochester, Minnesota office. His primary practice areas include estate planning, estate and trust administration, and business law. Prior to private practice, Adam was a judicial law clerk at the Olmsted County District Court in Minnesota, where he gained experience in criminal and civil litigation. Adam is licensed to practice law in Minnesota and in Illinois.
Adam obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Illinois Institute of Technology’s Chicago-Kent College of Law with a J.D. Certificate in Business Law. He grew up in the Chicagoland suburbs and earned his bachelor’s degree in Agricultural and Consumer Economics with a concentration in Public Policy and Law and a minor degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign. Prior to attending law school, Adam also obtained a master’s degree in International Business Administration from North Central College (Illinois).
Adam is married. In their free time, his family enjoys hiking, playing tennis, grilling, and traveling together.
