William “Bill” Oehler is a retired attorney at Wagner Oehler, Ltd. and one of the founders of the law firm. As an advisor to families and businesses, Bill prepared thousands of estate plans, helped administer hundreds of estates, and guided farms and businesses with business transition planning. Now that Bill is retired, he encourages his clients to transition working with his colleagues at Wagner Oehler, Ltd. on their estate planning and estate administration, real estate sales, purchase, and financing, and whatever other legal matters may arise.
Bill earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of North Dakota, in Speech and English. In 1978, he earned his Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School in Ithaca, New York.
In retirement, Bill enjoys spending time with his wife, daughters and their spouses, and his four grandchildren, and continues an active lifestyle of biking, cross country skiing, reading, choral music, cooking, and travel.
