The firm known today as Wagner Oehler, Ltd. has been a fixture in Rochester and the surrounding area of Southeastern Minnesota since 1973. After over 50 years in practice, we are serving the second, and in some cases, the third generation of our original clients’ families.

Part of the secret to our longevity is that we understand what matters to our clients. Our president, Jason Wagner, grew up on a farm and has a deep personal understanding of the issues many of our clients face in their farm business and farm succession planning. All of our attorneys concentrate their practice in areas targeted to the legal needs of our community, including real estate, estate planning and probate, and business.
