Jason Wagner is an impressively intelligent, and experienced family lawyer with a heavy emphasis on farm business and real estate law. He has built up an incredible support staff and additional lawyers to cover a broader spectrum of the complex business world of family businesses. I have been with his previous and now retired partner, Bill Oehler before Jason took over. It now covers 30 years of doing business there. At one time I had a 25 million company and start up technology company. Both were successful and the Oehler/Wagner team was able to handle the heavy lifting. Closing a multi-million dollar real estate purchase of 10 farms in Iowa and Minnesota with one of the largest Minnesota law firms across the table in the IDS building. I felt advantaged in negotiations with this firm.
