Judi K. Wilson

Judi K. Wilson is an attorney at Wagner Oehler, Ltd. For twenty-five years, Judi has practiced in the areas of estate planning and charitable giving. Judi is most passionate about helping families in estate planning and trust and estate administration, with a special emphasis on tax minimization strategies. She is licensed to practice law in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Raised in Greendale, Wisconsin, Judi earned her Juris Doctor degree from Marquette University and her Bachelor’s in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin, with a major in finance and a minor in real estate.

Judi is active in civic and professional organizations, including the Rochester Area Foundation (First Vice Chair, Board of Trustees), Honors Choirs of Southeast Minnesota (Past President of the Board), Greater Rochester Rotary (Past President of the Board), 125 LIVE (Past Board Member), Rochester Estate Planning Council, the Minnesota State Bar Association, and the Wisconsin State Bar Association.

Judi and her husband enjoyed ten years of living on farm acreage in northwestern Minnesota before moving to Rochester, where they raised their daughters. She is a “retired” varsity soccer coach and local theater costume designer and enjoys hiking with her family among the beautiful pines of Minnesota.
