Adam Yotter is a legal assistant who began working in Wagner Oehler, Ltd’s Lake City office in October 2024. He brings with him work experience ranging from federal public service to transportation and distribution logistics. Adam is happy to join Wagner Oehler in a position that allows him to be one of the first voices new and returning clients speak to when contacting the office. He also appreciates working for a firm that focuses on agriculture and farm law. Adam comes from a family of farmers with a long history of farming in southeastern Minnesota. He has fond memories from his childhood of visiting his relatives’ farms during the summer with ice cream as a reward for helping with chores.
Adam is a Lake City native and graduated from Lincoln High School in 2011. In 2015, Adam received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and history from Wartburg College in Waverly, IA. His first professional work experience was an internship at a law firm in Washington, D.C. working for the firm’s government relations manager on education policy.
When not at work, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife, dog, and two cats. They enjoy traveling to national parks throughout the United States or paddle boarding on Lake Pepin.
