Becky Burroughs is a Paralegal at Wagner Oehler, Ltd. in our Rochester office and joined the firm in June 2026. Her focus is on estate administration and probate matters. Becky graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor’s Degree in legal studies from the Minnesota School of Business.

Prior to joining the firm, Becky worked in personal injury with a short stint in real estate. Before starting in the legal field, she worked in the medical field. Becky truly enjoys helping others when in need.

Becky was born in Fort Riley, KS and spent a lot of time in her youth moving. After graduating high school, she moved back to Minnesota to start her own family and can proudly say this has been her home for 30 plus years!

When not at work, Becky enjoys crafting, sports (Go Pack Go!), and spending time with family. She has three adult children, two cats and a dog. When not crafting, she enjoys losing herself in a good book or baking some delicious goodies.
