Super Lawyers Names Two Wagner Oehler, Ltd. Attorneys as Rising Stars

Attorneys Jason Wagner and Alyssa K. Jerde were named in Minnesota Super Lawyers Magazine as Rising Stars in the Estate Planning & Probate Super Lawyer Section. Their names are listed on page 48 of their 32^nd annual issue.

According to Super Lawyers, the "Rising Stars" and "Super Lawyers" selection process is a comprehensive, good-faith, and detailed attempt to produce a list of lawyers that have attained high peer recognition, meet ethical standards, and have demonstrated some degree of achievement in their field. No more than five percent of attorneys can be recognized as "Super Lawyers" in any given year, and no more than 2.5 percent may be named "Rising Stars."

The selection process for the Rising Stars list is the same as the Super Lawyers selection process, with one exception: to be eligible for inclusion in Rising Stars, a candidate must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less. All attorneys first go through the Super Lawyers selection process. Those who are not selected to the Super Lawyers list, but who meet either one of the Rising Stars eligibility requirements, go through the Rising Stars selection process. While up to five percent of the lawyers in the state are named to Super Lawyers, no more than 2.5 percent are named to the Rising Stars list.
