What is farm law?

The attorneys at Ward & Oehler work with farm families every day. Farm law/agricultural law is one of our practice areas that we have focused on for over 40 years. Agriculture law covers the legal issues affecting the farming industry. This includes land use and zoning, landlord-tenant issues, environmental issues, trademarks on farm products, entity selection and maintenance, succession planning, and estate planning. We work with small family farms, large commercial farming operations, as well as businesses that support agricultural endeavors.
