Wagner Oehler, Ltd. is proud to announce that attorneys Jason Wagner, Alyssa Jerde, and Cole Tousignant have each been selected to the 2026 Minnesota Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers.
The recognition reflects the strength of the attorneys serving Wagner Oehler clients throughout Southeastern Minnesota in estate planning, farm succession, real estate, business law, probate, and related matters.
Super Lawyers uses a selection process that includes independent research, peer nominations, and peer evaluations. No more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in each state are selected to the Rising Stars list each year. Attorneys must also meet age or years of practice eligibility requirements.
For Wagner Oehler, having three attorneys selected in the same year is meaningful because the recognition spans several of the areas where our clients regularly need help.
Jason Wagner has been selected to the Minnesota Rising Stars list every year from 2020 through 2026. His practice areas include estate planning and probate, business and corporate law, and real estate.

Jason’s farm practice work received additional recognition in 2026 when Super Lawyers magazine published a feature about Jason titled Cultivating Legacy, focused on his work helping family farms pass from one generation to the next.
