Small Estate Affidavit Amount Increased

The amount of personal proeprty that can be collected be collected via a "Small Estate Affidavit" was recently increased from $50,000 to $75,000 by a new law. This increase will facilitate simpler administration for a number of estates. See our blog post for more information.
